This is a special edition on my week in Cancun.

I thought it would be fun to share with you some highlights from a refreshing week in beautiful Cancun, Mexico. First, endless compliments to all the friendly, efficient staff and tour guides who helped make this week very special.

Please enjoy the videos below to get a glimpse of what it was like to…

  • swim with whale sharks…the largest fish on the planet.
  • explore ancient Mayan ruins, learn a bit about Mayan culture and climb a pyramid.
  • swim in some of the local Cenotes (also spelled Xenotes) which are lovely, fresh water “sink holes” dressed up for tourists with zip lines, rappel equipment and kayaks.
  • dive underwater to swim next to an amazing underwater sculpture garden/ocean ecology statement called the Musa.

Earth for All Ages

As an avid supporter of all things ecological and sustainability-oriented, and based on my desire to be more proactive in this direction, I created another blog called Earth For All Ages. This weekly publication focuses on choices we can make, using our individual “Power of One” to benefit ourselves while protecting the planet.  My trip to Cancun renewed my commitment to this work.
